Emma Wordsworth

Emma has worked in various industry sectors including retail, hospitality, utilities and logistics in general management and senior HR roles.

Previous to Certas, Emma worked at large businesses such as Whitbread, Asda and Veolia Environmental before being appointed HR Director at Certas Energy in 2013.

During her time at Certas Energy, Emma has completed a Masters in Supply Chain and Logistics which enabled her move into her current role of Operations Director in 2020. She describes herself as having had an interesting career so far, which has provided many varied and wide challenges and wonderful progression opportunities.
