Jellie Top Msc

Jellie Top MSc has extensive experience in financial management and project leadership within both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Voorzitter kernteam klant en facturatie and Projectleider facturatie at Certe since March 2017, Jellie Top also holds roles as Businesscontroller and Business controller for the divisie klinische chemie. Prior experience includes positions at gemeente Smallingerland as Controller sociaal domein and Senior financieel beleidsmedewerker from June 2003 to March 2017, as well as a role as Senior assistent accountant at Deloitte from 1998 to 2003. Jellie Top obtained a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University (1998-2008) and foundational education at NHL Hogeschool and Lauwers college Buitenpost.
