Colby Thames is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading software development and digital strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Certegy Payment Solutions since July 2020, Thames oversees product development, AWS/Cloud operations, and innovative solutions within the payments ecosystem. Previously, Thames held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Choice! Energy Management, leading the digital strategy and technology operations. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President & Managing Director at Tectonic, Executive Vice President at Moxie Software, and Chief Operating Officer at SunGard. Thames began the professional journey at Ernst & Young as a Consultant - Manager. Academic credentials include an MBA in MIS and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BBA in MIS and Quantitative Analysis from Baylor University.
