Nicola Need

Nicola Need has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nicola has held various positions in different companies. Nicola started their career at Training for Travel Limited as a Contracts Administrator from February 2010 to March 2011. Nicola then worked at RBS for six years in multiple roles, including International Mobility Assistant Consultant, Restructure Support Co-ordinator, and Human Resources Assistant. In 2017, they joined E-Mobility Search as an Office Manager & HR Manager for a brief period. Later that year, they joined PureGym as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach. Nicola was promoted to Assistant General Manager in September 2017 and served in this role until August 2019. From August 2019 to April 2022, they worked as a General Manager at JD Gyms. In April 2022, they joined LoveRaw® as an Office & People Manager before joining Certero as an Office Manager in January 2023. Overall, Nicola has acquired extensive experience in management, HR, and fitness roles.

Nicola Need attended Bury Church Of England High School from 2004 to 2009, where they completed their secondary education and obtained 11 GCSEs. Following this, from 2009 to 2010, Nicola attended Bury College, where they focused their studies on Art & Design. In 2010, Nicola then enrolled in Training For Travel for a year, with a concentration in Business Administration.
