Jeffrey Kroczek

Jeffrey Kroczek has over 13 years of work experience. From 2007 to 2011, they held the role of Senior Support Technician at Management Science Associates, Inc. where they provided desktop support for 1200 employees at multiple locations and maintained all helpdesk related servers. Jeffrey also developed a company wide software deployment and patching solution using Microsoft SCCM. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Verizon as a Fiber Customer Support Analyst providing front line technical support for internet, tv, and phone services in a call center environment for residential and business customers. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Lake Arthur Family Campground as a Campground Manager helping to start and run the family business, managing the general store, billing of tenants, and regular maintenance tasks. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at PGH Networks as a System Administrator, managing 100+ servers at 40 different clients. Jeffrey automated Hyper-V, domain controller, and application server installs using PowerShell scripts, resulting in an average reduction of 75% in setup time for new servers. Jeffrey currently works at Certes Networks as an IT Manager and System Administrator.

Jeffrey Kroczek obtained an Associate in Science Degree in Information Technology from Pittsburgh Technical College in 2007, with a concentration in Network Administration. Jeffrey also holds the 6451 certification in Planning, Deploying and Managing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007.
