Ulla Laalo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business management. Currently serving as the CEO of Certia Oy since April 2013, Ulla Laalo focuses on customer relationships, sales, and the development of innovative business concepts, with a goal of establishing the best public service center in Finland. Previous roles include Board Member at Nestor Cables Oy, Chairman and founder of Vaasa VIICON Oy, Senior Vice President of Group Control and Human Resources at Sesca Group Oy, and Managing Director at Outokumpu Wasacopper Oy, where Ulla Laalo successfully turned around a loss-making company.
