Emily Whiting has a diverse work experience. Emily started their career as a Herdsman at Circle L Limousin Land in 2006. In 2009, they worked as a Camp Counselor and Horse Riding Instructor at Camp Laurel South. Later in 2010, they became a Leadership Development Intern at the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, where they prepared leadership programs and conducted social media coaching for agricultural professionals. In 2011, they interned as a Junior Presenter at YourNextSpeaker LLC, where they developed relationships with customers and initiated product sales. Emily also interned at Certified Angus Beef LLC as a Promotions and Communications Marketing Intern, where they developed marketing strategies and wrote press releases. Emily then worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager at the same company, responsible for account marketing strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of Research & Account Marketing Strategy at Certified Angus Beef LLC.

Emily Whiting attended The Ohio State University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a degree in Agriculture Communications, with a focus on Agriculture, Communications, Animal Science, and Psychology. In 2011, Emily had the opportunity to study abroad in Australia, specifically focusing on Environment and Natural Resources at The Ohio State University.
