Wes Zimmerman is an experienced professional in the culinary and food service industry, currently serving as the Director for the Great Lakes Region at Certified Angus Beef ® since April 2017. Previously, Wes held roles at US Foods from November 2000 to March 2017, including C.O.P. Specialist and Territory Manager, where responsibilities encompassed maximizing customer opportunities and managing a multi-million dollar territory. Prior experience includes serving as a District Sales Representative at PYA Monarch and managing multiple restaurants for Lone Star Steakhouse And Saloon across the Carolinas and Delaware. Educational qualifications include completed studies in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at Oklahoma State University, and a high school diploma from Tulsa Memorial High School.
