Gina Vivanco is an experienced accounting professional with a background in various financial roles. Currently serving as an Accounting Tech III at Certified Aviation Services since July 2006, Gina's responsibilities include using MAS 90 accounting software, approving journal entries, processing accounts payable, managing expense reports, overseeing American Express transactions, preparing bank reconciliation statements, ordering office supplies, and supporting the accounts receivable department. Previously, Gina worked as a Lead Billing Coordinator at Poulke and Stienle Contractors from February 2004 to April 2006, where leadership involved supervising a team responsible for construction project billing, cost reporting, payroll, and maintaining communication with Southern California Edison accounting staff. Gina holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Riverside City College, completed between 2000 and 2004.
