Bill Hansen is a distinguished CEO, catering and event production expert, published author, and speaker with a prolific career in the South Florida hospitality industry. Since founding Bill Hansen Catering & Event Production in 1980, Bill Hansen has catered high-profile events and contributed to the growth of the local catering scene. As the current owner of Lovables Catering + Kitchen, Bill Hansen plays a key role in the community while maintaining a focus on venue expertise through Bill Hansen Miami Venues. Bill Hansen is also a co-founder of Focus Miami, which connects top event professionals, and serves as a senior consultant with Certified Catering Consultants. Additionally, Bill Hansen is an adjunct instructor at Florida International University, where a co-authored book on catering management is part of the curriculum. Bill Hansen holds a Master of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cornell University.
