I have over 20 years of experience in the industry working for Pan American. I worked as parts manager, production assistant, estimator, office manager, compliance team and I have extensive experience in blueprint, from “Fast- track” to Certified and complex repairs. I am certified with Tesla, Audi, Mercedes and Honda. I also help develop SOPs and auditing estimates as well as having experience with and creating paths to meet KPI’s. I enjoy working in this Industry because it’s always changing and it challenges me to be and do better. I am a believer in keeping things simple, in having an open communication and in doing the right thing.
