Daniel Ord is an experienced professional with nearly 25 years of expertise in contact centers, customer service, and customer experience. As the Founder of OmniTouch International, Daniel has dedicated 25 years to traveling globally to inspire and train individuals in these fields. In addition to founding OmniTouch, Daniel serves as a University Lecturer at Hochschule Fresenius, developing customer experience courseware for MBA programs. Daniel is also recognized as a CXPA Training Provider, teaching customer-related domains for over two decades. Previous roles include Associate Faculty at Universiti Utara Malaysia, Associate Trainer at the Civil Service College in Singapore, and Regional Director at Ogilvy, where Daniel managed training and consulting services across Asia Pacific. Daniel’s early career included significant positions at Time Life/Heartland Music and the J. Paul Getty Museum, complemented by an Honors degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
