Shelly Losinski

Shelly Losinski is an experienced operations and account management professional with a strong background in customer experience and membership support. Currently serving as Operations Manager at the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) since January 2018, Shelly oversees operational, administrative, and event functions for multiple professional associations. In addition, Shelly holds the position of Senior Account Executive at IntrinXec Management Inc. since September 2016, contributing to a Minneapolis-based management firm specializing in services for professional associations. Previously, Shelly spent over 15 years at the Girl Scouts of Minnesota & Wisconsin River Valleys, where roles included Senior Director of Membership Support and Director of Program, focusing on customer engagement and strategic direction. Shelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication: Public Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
