Kramer Sharp is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and organizational leadership. As a co-founder of Certified Employee-Owned since January 2017, Kramer has played a pivotal role in developing an employee-centric business model. Previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Root Division, contributing to interdisciplinary arts initiatives from 2013 to 2017. Kramer's technical expertise is further showcased through roles such as Lead Business Engineer at 2rw Consultants, Inc., and Software Engineer at UVA Medical Education, where improvements in educational tools were achieved. Kramer also holds a Master of Science in Management of IT and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Virginia, along with academic experience at the University of Oxford.
