Sheila Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing and document control. Currently serving as a Senior Staffing Coordinator at Certified Employment Group since October 2011, Sheila has developed a strong background in recruitment and staff management. Previously, Sheila worked at Symmetricom from September 1997 to February 2011, where roles included Document Control and Document Control Clerk, focusing on detailed documentation for production and vendor communication. Prior to Symmetricom, Sheila contributed to shipping and receiving operations at DJ Grey and served as an Assembly Supervisor at the Salvation Army, managing a team and coordinating work activities for an adult rehabilitation center. Education was completed at Melrose Senior High School.
