Pmp® Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown, PMP®, has extensive experience in IT support and management roles. Christopher is currently the Head of IT Client Support at Certified Laboratories, Inc., a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional IT Service Manager at the same company since May 2021. Before joining Certified Laboratories, Inc., Christopher worked at Allianz Global Investors for over 14 years. During their time there, they held the position of IT Workplace Service Manager from July 2017 to September 2020, and they were a Sr. Desktop Engineer from March 2006 to June 2017. Christopher's career began at PDI\\Kenneth Cole Inc. in Manhattan, N.Y., where they worked as a Network Administrator from November 2004 to March 2006.

Christopher Brown, PMP®, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in June 2019, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from ITIL Certified in July 2017, Microsoft Office 365: Administration (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn in November 2020, and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn in January 2021.
