Joseph Reed

Joseph Reed is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in various roles, primarily in customer service and business development. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Certified Power Solutions since November 2021, Joseph previously held similar positions at 3M and worked in multiple capacities, including Inside Account Manager and Business Development Representative, at Infor. Earlier experience includes landscaping at Anderson Custom Landscapes Inc., where Joseph operated heavy machinery and constructed outdoor features, as well as working as an inspector for the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from North Iowa Area Community College.
