Amalan Thiyagarajah

Amalan Thiyagarajah is an experienced data engineer currently at CertifyOS since December 2023, previously serving as Head of Data at KAFQA from March 2022 to August 2023. Amalan contributed significantly to the growth of TheVerb Studio as Technical Lead from December 2019 to February 2022, playing a key role in its founding team before its acquisition by Kafqa Academy. Earlier experience includes a position as Next Generation Technology Cadre at Microland Limited (July 2018 - November 2019) and an embedded systems internship at Vecmocon Technologies (May 2017 - June 2017), focusing on power electronics and battery charger design. Amalan also completed an on-the-job training at SriLankan Airlines (December 2016 - January 2017) and an internship at Carsons Pvt Ltd. (May 2016). Amalan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in metallurgical and materials engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, obtained in 2018.
