Jessica Nowak

Jessica Nowak, Esq. is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney in the Banking/Commercial Lending Department at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Brown Altman & DiLeo, LLP as a Commercial Real Estate Associate, where the focus was on lending, leasing, land use, zoning, and transactional matters. Jessica has also held positions including Assistant Counsel to the Legislature for Suffolk County and Associate at McDonnell Adels & Klestzick PLLC. Early legal experience includes internships and externships with the University of Miami School of Law Bankruptcy Clinic, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and FINRA, among others. Jessica earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds two degrees from Emory University—one in Accounting and Finance and another in Accounting.
