Jiajun Shan

JiaJun Shan is an Associate Attorney at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP since September 2023, previously serving as a Legal Intern and Summer Associate at the same firm. As the Founder of SmarTech Consulting LLC since November 2016, JiaJun Shan has directed the strategic and operational aspects of the company. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Apex Logistics International from May 2017 to July 2020 and serving as a Quantitative Analyst at SWS MU Fund management Co., Ltd. in July 2014. JiaJun Shan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Business and Computer Science from Wake Forest University. Additionally, international academic experience includes a semester abroad at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
