Thomas McNamara is a highly experienced attorney serving as Partner and Co-Chair of the Litigation Department at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP since 1992, specializing in a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitration issues including banking, creditors’ rights, contracts, and business disputes. Prior to this, Thomas held positions at Wingate & Cullen as Partner and Liddle & O'Connor as Associate, and began their career as an Associate at Friedlander Gaines Cohen Rosenthal & Rosenberg. Additionally, Thomas contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Instructor of Business Law at Molloy College and an Adjunct Instructor of Legal Research and Writing at New York Law School. Thomas earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
