Abby Jones has over a decade of experience in customer success roles, currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Certinia, a position held since the company's rebranding from FinancialForce in May 2023. Prior to this, Abby held various positions at FinancialForce, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, contributing to the company’s reputation as a leader in cloud ERP solutions. Abby began the career in customer support as a Customer Support Analyst and Onboarding Specialist. Abby earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Northumbria University and completed A Levels in English Literature, History, and IT at Rossett School.
