Kat Brown MCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee success and business partnership across diverse industries. Currently a Senior Employee Success Business Partner at Certinia, Kat has been instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives by effectively collaborating with senior leaders. Prior to this role, Kat worked at Vp plc as a strategic HR Business Partner and held various HR positions at Masternaut, Ashton KCJ, and Fusion People, where significant achievements included the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and managing HR strategies for large divisions. A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with a BA Hons in Business Studies with HRM, Kat's early career began with a work placement at Spectrum for Arcadia.
