Veeranayagam Arumugam is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in building and scaling engineering teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Site Leader at Certinia since September 2025, Veeranayagam is responsible for establishing a robust engineering presence in Bengaluru and fostering an inclusive culture. Previously, at PlanSource, Veeranayagam shaped the strategic direction of the India office and oversaw the delivery of a Benefits SaaS platform. With a strong background in engineering management from RxLogix and Amdocs, Veeranayagam has successfully established innovation hubs, led cross-functional teams, and enhanced operational maturity throughout a career that began with a Technical Associate role at Mahindra British Telecom Limited. Educational qualifications include an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis, a Master of Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras.
