Clare Peace

Clare Peace is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR and safety solutions. As the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of EZ HR Pros since August 2024, Clare's team provides customizable HR and safety services to ensure organizational compliance and safety. Prior roles include AVP Client Human Resources at Vensure Employer Solutions from February 2013 to July 2024, HR Manager at Cintas overseeing a non-union production plant from September 2008 to September 2011, and HR Consultant at RSM McGladrey from January 1999 to January 2003. Clare holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Master of Science in Employment Law from the New York Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
