Alison Madrid

Alison Madrid has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alison started their career at 24 Hour Fitness in 2009 as a Member Service Lead, where they managed cash stock and inventory balances, maintained cleanliness and presentation of stock room and production floor, and perpetuated knowledge of current sales and store promotions. Alison then joined Discover Financial Services in 2011 as a Student Loans Account Manager, before moving on to Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in 2013. At Certiport, Alison held multiple roles including Financial Control Administrator from 2013 to 2018, Marketing Coordinator from 2018 to 2021, and currently serves as the Marketing Manager since September 2021.

Alison Madrid obtained an Associate's degree in Animal Sciences from Broadview College, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Communication Skills for Business (CSB) - Professional Communication from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in August 2021 and Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013 from Microsoft in September 2017.
