Jordan Platt

Jordan Platt has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Jordan started their career at Convergys in 1998, where they served as a Client Services Manager, overseeing financial, marketing, and administrative operations. Jordan also played a role in employee retention initiatives. In 2008, they joined Infiniti Corp as a Call Center Manager, responsible for starting multiple sales teams and achieving top retailer status for a national satellite service provider. At Public Surplus, where they worked from 2009 to 2015, Jordan held the position of National Sales and Support Manager, contributing to record revenue growth and customer base expansion. Since 2015, they have been working at Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business, first as a Manager of Global Sales Support, where they managed multiple teams and contributed to generating revenue. Jordan'scurrent role is Business Development Manager, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Jordan Platt attended Utah Valley University from 1998 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Psychology. In addition, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Office Specialist Outlook 2016 from Microsoft in December 2016.
