Ziana Marroquin

Ziana Marroquin has a diverse work experience in customer service and escalation management. Ziana started their career as a Fraud Analyst at CBE Companies in 2016, where they examined account processes and transactions to detect fraud and handled customer calls related to potential fraudulent activities. Ziana then moved on to become an Escalation Specialist at the same company in 2017, addressing escalated calls from 1st tier agents and providing training to new hires on fraud analysis. In 2018, Ziana joined Pearson as an Escalation Specialist, where they handled high-profile escalations, managed multi-million dollar accounts, and resolved complaints from Bookstore Managers. In 2022, they became the Associate Manager of Strategic Funding at Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.

Ziana Marroquin completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems at Lamar University, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
