With prior experience as Project Manager at Directed Technologies Drilling, Kelly played a crucial role in planning horizontal environmental remediation projects. Kelly's extensive academic background includes a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami. Notable contributions to scientific research and development have been made through roles at Chevron and ExxonMobil, which included advancing geochemical methodologies for oil and gas exploration and having presented award-winning research findings.
