Yee-Ling Lee has extensive experience in human capital and corporate communications, having served as Senior Manager at the People's Association from 2002 to 2007 and as Manager of Corporate Communications at RGM International from 2007 to 2009. Yee-Ling was also an Assistant Director at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) from 2009 to 2011 and has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Capital and Area Director for Contact Singapore. Currently, Yee-Ling is the Vice President of Group People Development at Certis, where they focus on empowering the workforce and enhancing organizational talent. They are pursuing further education at Nanyang Technological University.
