Byron Alvord

Byron Alvord, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Recreation Aide at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. From 2007 to 2013, Byron was a Barista and Trainer at Starbucks, where they excelled in creating a welcoming environment for customers and training new hires. In 2012, Byron joined Accurate Background, where they held roles such as Client Services Representative, Account Representative, Product Manager, and Senior Solutions Consultant until 2021. Most recently, Byron joined Certn in 2021, where they have held positions including Senior Sales Engineer, Director of US Product and Solutions, and currently serves as the Director of Product. With their extensive experience in product management, sales engineering, and customer service, Byron brings valuable expertise to their current role at Certn.

Byron Alvord, M.S. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Development from the University of Denver. Byron also has a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Innovation and Change from the same institution. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Psychology from University College - Azusa Pacific University. Byron also pursued Psychology at California State University-San Bernardino.
