Enca Baquero

Enca Baquero is a seasoned tax advisor with extensive experience in advising foreign companies establishing operations in Spain. Currently serving as the partner responsible for the tax area at Certus since January 2015, Enca Baquero specializes in soft landing services, startup guidance, and technological enterprises. Enca Baquero has also contributed to the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) as a board member responsible for training and as a member of the Corporate Tax Section from 2016 to 2023. Previously, Enca Baquero held notable positions, including professor of law at ESIC Business & Marketing School and partner at Baquero & Bocos Asesores Tributarios, along with senior tax advisor roles at EY. Enca Baquero's educational background includes a Master's in Business Taxation from IE Business School and an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School.
