Birgit Peters

Birgit Peters is currently a Trainee Ruimtelijk Domein at Certus Groep since July 2024. Previously, Birgit worked at Nationale Opera & Ballet from October 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included serving as buffet head since March 2023. Birgit's experience also includes being a member of the cash audit committee and serving as treasurer on the board at SEC Sociologisch EpiCentrum from September 2018 to August 2022. Additionally, Birgit was an overall council member for the faculty student council of the social and behavioral sciences at the University of Amsterdam from September 2019 to August 2020. Early career experiences involved roles as a front desk employee at Albert Heijn from April 2017 to June 2019, as chairman of the travel committee at SEC Sociologisch EpiCentrum from September 2017 to June 2018, and as a tutor at Cygnus Gymnasium from October 2014 to March 2017. Birgit holds a Master of Science degree in Human Geography with an urban track from the University of Amsterdam, expected completion in January 2024, and also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Charles University in 2022.
