Jeremy Fodaski has been working in the customer service and support industry for over five years. Jeremy started their career as a technical assistant at the Fine Arts Center-Production Services. Jeremy then became a campus intern at Elizabeth Warren for Senate. After graduating from college, they worked as a research assistant at the Department of Anthropology and then as a campaign fellowship at Ed Markey for Senate. Jeremy took a break from customer service to work as a stagehand at Steelman Productions, but soon returned to the industry as a client service representative at Pioneer Investments. Jeremy left Pioneer Investments to work as a client support specialist at Building Engines, Inc. In their current role as an account manager at Cerulli Associates, they are responsible for managing client relationships and providing support during the product implementation process.

Jeremy Fodaski has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Jeremy also has an Honors Diploma from Attleboro High School.
