Christoph BAYER is a seasoned logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. As of September 2022, Christoph serves as the Senior Global Logistics and Warehousing Manager at Cerus, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategic plans to align logistics and warehouse operations with business needs. Prior to this, from 2012 to October 2022, Christoph worked at Macoproductions as the Supply Chain Manager for the Biotherapy and Masks Division, overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and contract manufacturing. Christoph also held the role of Supply Chain Manager in the Transfusion Division at Macoproductions, focusing on planning and warehousing for multiple production sites.
