Kevin D. Green

Kevin Green has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Vice President, Finance and CFO at Cerus since January 2006, where previous roles included Chief Accounting Officer and Sr. Director Corporate Controller. Prior to Cerus, Kevin worked at Macromedia, Inc. from April 2000 to December 2005 as Assistant Controller, managing financial operations and leading finance for Oracle 11i implementation, as well as developing company policies and procedures. Kevin's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from March 1997 to April 2000, providing assurance and business advisory services to various industries, including oversight of audit teams for Fortune 500 clients and assistance with SEC filings. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accountancy from California State University, Fresno, earned between 1989 and 1993.
