Peter Bringmann

Peter Bringmann has extensive work experience in the field of biology and bioanalytical development. Peter worked for Cerus from 2017 to the present, holding various positions such as Vice President of Microbiology and Platelet & Plasma Biology. Prior to that, they worked for Bayer HealthCare LLC from 2007 to 2016, serving as Director of Protein Sciences. Peter also worked for Berlex Biosciences from 2001 to 2007, where they held roles such as Scientific Director of Systems Biology and Head of Protein Expression & Purification.

From 1976 to 1986, Peter Bringmann attended Freie Universität Berlin where they pursued a degree in Biochemistry. Peter successfully completed their studies and obtained a degree of Dr. rer. nat.
