Roxanne Jordan

Roxanne Jordan's work experience includes being the Hospital Affairs and Market Development Director at Cerus since 2020. In this role, they support hospital and blood center partners in implementing INTERCEPT products and ensures successful adoption of Cerus products through collaboration with clinical, economic, and operational activities. Roxanne also engages with C-Suite and other influential leaders to facilitate product placement within hospital and blood center environments.

Prior to their current role, Roxanne worked at the American Red Cross South Carolina Region from 2001 to 2020 as a Senior Account Manager. In this position, they developed and implemented a customer strategy to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction, including contract negotiations. Roxanne also cultivated relationships with existing and potential customers and served as the primary liaison between customers and the South Carolina Region.
