Timothy Lee

Timothy Lee has extensive experience in investor relations and finance, demonstrated through roles at Cerus as Head of Investor Relations and Investor Relations Director from May 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included communication strategy development and relationship management with sell-side analysts. As Senior Director of Investor Relations at Ascendis Pharma A/S from November 2020 to March 2025, Timothy led initiatives to enhance shareholder value through strategic investor communications. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance at Direct Flow Medical®, providing financial analysis during the company's operational wind down, and working as an independent consultant, offering strategic insights to healthcare companies. Timothy holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
