Fernando Finol

Fernando Finol is an experienced professional in the brewing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Brewing Supervisor at Cervecería La Tropical since September 2020, overseeing all aspects of wort production, fermentation, and packaging. Additionally, Fernando holds a position as a part-time teacher of Brewing Technology at Master Brewer Academy and works as a Brewing Systems Engineer and Territory Sales Manager for Standard Kegs & Equipment. As the owner and consultant of FINOL BEVERAGE ENGINEERING, Fernando collaborates with clients to develop and optimize beverage recipes. Previous experience includes roles in brewery construction, brewing operations at The Boston Beer Company, and project management positions at CEMEX and MECO PARTS INTERNATIONAL LLC. Fernando holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a diploma in Project Management from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, further complemented by education from Master Brewer Academy.
