Ariana Defaz

Ariana Defaz is a Business Cycle Specialist at Cervecería Nacional since February 2023, responsible for mapping the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and preparing monthly and weekly forecasts for the Direct To Consumer area. Previously, Ariana served as a Trainee in Integrated Sales and Operations Planning at TONICORP, focusing on monthly demand preparation for Plásticos Ecuatorianos S. A., and as an Intern in Planning at Cervecería Nacional, where duties included demand analysis and coordination for new product development. Earlier experience includes an internship at Cartopel SAI, overseeing the Environmental Management Plan and developing environmental improvement proposals. Ariana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Espíritu Santo, completed in March 2022.
