Michela Schizzi

Michela Schizzi holds a Law Degree from the Sapienza University of Rome and a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from King's College London.

Before joining the Group in November 2022, she worked in the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, was Senior Vice President Italian and International Regulated Assets Legal Affairs of Snam and more recently followed the Global activities Legal M&A of Allianz Group.

During her professional career she has also been a member of various boards and is currently an independent director on the board of GVS S.P.A. where she will also maintain the positions of Chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and Member of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee.
