Scot MacGillivray has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Scot started their career as an Associate at The Chase Manhattan Bank in 1989 before moving on to Tucker Anthony Incorporated, where they worked as a Vice President from 1991 to 1997. In 1997, Scot co-founded and became the Managing Director of Painted Word Inc., where they played various general management roles and contributed to the sale of the business and its merger with Palladium Group. At Palladium Group, Scot held the position of Senior Vice President from 2005 to 2009, during which they played a crucial role in integrating merged companies and helping the organization become a global leader in the performance management space. In 2009, Scot became the CEO of Cervello.
Scot MacGillivray obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
