Ashi Sareen

Ashi Sareen is an accomplished engineering executive currently serving as the VP of Engineering at RUCKUS Networks, overseeing software delivery and lifecycle management for the AI-driven Ruckus One platform. With extensive experience in software engineering leadership, Ashi has held significant roles including Director of Software Engineering at LinkedIn, where a cross-geographical team of over 80 engineers was led to build infrastructure products for a billion-member base, and Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Oracle, focusing on cloud services for Fusion SaaS apps. Previous positions include Director of Software Development at Citrix, overseeing the development of enterprise-scale products, as well as managerial roles in network security at McAfee. Ashi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Physics from the University of Delhi.
