Charles J. Moseley

Charles J. Moseley is a seasoned professional in program management with extensive experience in public infrastructure and international development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Program Management at CES Consultants, Charles has previously held significant leadership roles at Black & Veatch, including G&E Americas East Director of Public Infrastructure Programs and Florida & Caribbean Program Director. At MWH Americas, Inc., contributions included serving as Sr. Infrastructure Advisor to USAID and Deputy COP. Charles co-founded Moseley Horizon Inc. and directed business development at Technologists, Inc. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from UCLA and high school education from American High School in El Salvador.
