Huascar Burgos

Huascar Burgos is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Inspector at CES Consultants since May 2022, Huascar previously held the position of QA/QC Bridge Inspector at Dragados USA, Inc. from August 2019 to July 2022. Between May 2008 and July 2014, Huascar was the Gerente Civil de Ingenieria at Industrias Nacionales. Huascar's educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad O & M (1992-1997), a Postgraduate degree in Construction Administration from INTEC (2001-2003), and certifications from the American Concrete Institute as a Concrete Construction Special Inspector and a Field Concrete Technician Grade I.
