Sumera Bullock has extensive experience in the construction and legal sectors, currently serving as a Community Construction Liaison at CES Consultants, Inc. since February 2016. Prior to this role, Sumera worked as a Paralegal at SJM Partners, LLC for a brief period in 2015 and as a Contract Qualification Reviewer for the NYC School Construction Authority from April 2014 to August 2015, where responsibilities included reviewing prequalification applications from vendors and contractors. Earlier experience includes a position as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary at Riconda & Garnett LLP, providing legal support for multiple attorneys and managing client accounts. Sumera holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law from Cedar Crest College, earned between 2010 and 2015.
