Preethi C, PSP, CMIT, currently serves as a Contract Change Specialist for the HRBT Expansion Project since January 2022. With extensive experience at CES Consulting LLC from January 2017, Preethi has fulfilled roles as Project Controls/Planner/Scheduler and Scheduler/Document Control Manager, where responsibilities included leading project documentation activities, managing scheduling for a $600M express lane extension project, and coordinating with over 10 stakeholders. Earlier, Preethi gained hands-on experience as an Inspector Trainee on a $120M road widening project, focusing on construction inspection and ensuring project compliance with specifications. Preethi began a career in construction project management as an intern at NIRD, contributing to techniques aimed at cost reduction in construction projects. Preethi holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Andhra University.
