Jimmy Zayas, LS, DBIA, EIT, has extensive experience in the field of surveying and construction inspection. Currently serving as a Senior Inspector at CES Consulting LLC since September 2015, Jimmy previously held positions as a Party Chief/Analyst for Fairfax County Government and as a Construction Inspector at the Virginia Department of Transportation. Prior to these roles, Jimmy worked as a CQC Inspector/Surveyor at Dewberry from 2007 to March 2013. Jimmy Zayas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying and Topography from Universidad de Puerto Rico, completing the program in 2007.
