Yan Li, PE, CCM, PMP, serves as the President of the AACEI National Capital Section since August 2022 and holds the position of Field Engineer at CES Consulting LLC since September 2016. Prior experiences include roles as Engineering Technician II and Engineering Technician I with the Virginia Department of Transportation from April 2014 to September 2016, and as a Traffic Engineer at ATCS, P.L.C. from May 2013 to April 2014. Yan Li began a career in engineering with an internship at the Maryland State Highway Administration in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech (2015-2018), a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech (2010-2012), and an Associate of Science from Oakland Community College (2008-2010).
